so after doing some research, the action taken against roberts seed is unrelated, and does not involve non payment to farmers, but is a longstanding feud between the commission and the mom and pop independent seed cleaner whether or not they need an grain dealer licence to sell their seed.

personally I think the commission is way out of line on this one, unless they make every pioneer/dekalb/becks/channel/xyz seed corn dealer have a grain commission license for buying and selling a any grain that can be called a commodity.
