I have always felt what is good for the goose is good for the gander! If the clean water act, air act, fair labor standards act etc., are the way it should be, then imported goods should be subject to the same standards. In many ways what this has done is simply export pollution, and mistreatment of laborers. Simply put, close the loophole.
