northeast ohio | One of our GFX 1260 displays was in a tractor that the battery drained. There’s a chance that the display was turned on between uses and not shut down correctly. Now that it’s powered on, the branding has gone from New Holland to Unbranded (Black).. Then when PIQ is started and gets past loading the database an error saying the correct licensing does not exist appears along with a never ending rotating circle. All licenses appear to be active and none expired. My first idea is to update firmware since that can be done from the licensing menu. Was running one of the newest versions that had the green PTx logo.
Has anyone experienced this? Suggestions?
