EC IA | This is probably a simple/dumb question that I'm overthinking... Bins pay via basis and carry. If we see a crop shorter than expected, the carry will likely go away - is there a way to capture the current carry but continue speculating on the board? Sell physical via HTA for deferred months and buy back nearby month on the board? How is that different than a bull spread on paper without the physical or the bins? | |
