It's not cost effective to dry corn under 17%. Your corn 15.5 is perfect, but you must have some air flow to cool the corn down or you will have some bad corn come March. Will it completely spoil no with won't, but it needs cooled more. It sounds like you're dealing with a very small amount. I guess you could put it in the dryer and only run the fans one night and then transfer. Even that would cool the kernels down more.
