West Central, MO | That could be some of our problem, along with the smaller fields. We're currently running both planting machines at about 4 mph, sometimes 5, which is what our JD dealer told us would be max speed to plant? If we bumped it up to about 7 mph, we could increase our planted acreage by about 65-70 acres/day (15 hour day) with our 15' drill. Assuming we switched over to the SI belts, would the drill still deliver accurately at that speed? | |
