I would have sticker shock if I had to build new now. But inflation continues and the bins we put up 50 years ago for 35 cents a bushel are paying handsomely. (And many more bins since).
Inflation continues and commercial storage will keep going higher so don’t use just today’s dollars when figuring benefits.
