NW Indiana | I've ran the numbers every which way I can think of and have yet to figure out how storage is a good investment vs other opportunities unless logistics is a big factor. Storage is essentially running your own elevator business and it is a very competitive business in which larger commercials have an advantage biased on volume and often rail for transportation.
