My scraper is almost exactly the same dimensions as yours.
76 wide 35 high sidewalls, rear gate is taller to push out mounded up dirt.
Ejector cylinder is 5.5” OD
That is the replacement barrel put on by the hydraulic shop. If I had to guess, it’s a 4.5” bore/ 1/2” wall, but since the one they replaced had bulged, they may have used a high strength tubing with 3/4” wall and turned the piston down to 4”. I didn’t crawl under to measure it rod looks like 1-3/4 or 2”.

I can’t imagine a 4” cylinder wouldn’t have plenty of power.
