Have you checked the grain distribution under the concaves? Is the pinch point between the rotor and concaves where it should be? Do you have the hillside dividers/fins on the chaffer?
Sometimes that is just the nature of the beast, and the reason why there are leveling shoes and combine levelers made for hillside operations.
Gleaner says they work better on hillsides, but they also leave some green streaks after a rain or two.
