coast of Maine | We used the negative side.Ran them into a switch in the console.Be very aware that if it tends to drain it may be attempting to self crank.Eventually killing batteries when you are not around.We had this on 2003 duramax and did not understand,put new batteries,new starter,,,results were super strong self crank signaled by errant GMC computer.Then a 2 million $$ fire.There were 100's of these fires covered up by GMC,prior to their 2008 demise.They paid the subrogated claims by the insurance companies to make them not appear as an issue.I know I have repeated this a few times but you should know those pre 08 computers can act on their own. | |
