One reason and a big one to change cylinder is to speed up the cycle time. Going to a 4" cylinder would approximately double the speed. Problem is that I have no idea what the original operating pressure was. Surplus center has some 4" cylinders that i could make work. Just trying if figure out if 4" cylinder will push the dirt off. I have mostly sandy ground so probbly won't be able to get it extremely full.
And scraper never sat long. I bought off a guy that had used it recently but was going through bankruptcy.
