NWPA | When I started beans last week I had error codes for the header height control show up when I got to the field. I noticed it when I went to set all the functions on the combine. Weshut the machine off and looked at both the sensors for the feeder house height and lateral tilt and pulled some plugs had the key on and off a few times and all of the sudden it worked again. Harvested all day then that evening it had the same issue, I worked on it for a day and a half with some help from the dealer sending wiring schematics.
I’m wasn’t getting 5V to the sensors unless I went into diagnostic mode then it worked properly until I exit diagnostic mode. I eventually hooked the header up and after several try’s it started work and worked for several days. I got the combine out yesterday and the problem all started over. The strange part is sometimes turning the ignition on and off it will start to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, list of the codes below.
E01 1079.03
E01 1079.04
E01 1533.04
E01 1539.04
They all have to do with high/low voltage for the feeder height and lateral tilt. | |
