Subject: Calibrating a Greenstar rate controller?

Croswell, Michigan
I bought a Fast sprayer two years ago and control it with a Greenstar rate controller. I thought it was applying a bit on
the heavy side but not too terrible. I sprayed some the other day, and I ran out about 16 acres short on 150 acre batch. This would’ve been less than a full tank full so perhaps I was not on level enough ground when I looked at the sight gauge. In the diagnostic menu there are two calibration choices. I did the applied calibration option. The result was raising the metering valve calibration number. Doesn’t raising the number increase flow? Shouldn’t I want to decrease that number?
