| Probably not gonna happen in ten minutes. Like already posted time will depend on several factors. Will the small tank be empty? If not clear empty and you are filling through a fill port you wll have to bleed off most all pressure before donor tank will open fill valve. Ways around this if tanks have certain hose set up. We always try to run our truck tank dry before trying to fill this way.
There are probably some used pumps out there from places that used to fill small tanks before the exchange thing became popular. But if your gas supplier is anything like ours don't ask him. According to him regulations a mile long and mentioned something about 6 months of training!!!
If you want to make a long road trip I'd sell you mine that I never hooked up for the above reasons. Don't think my supplier would fill my tank if I did!
