I put two group 31's in a 4630. One day I unhooked the grounds to work on some wiring. I hooked up the left side ground and went about my business. It wasn't until a few weeks later I was walking by the tractor and saw the right ground was still unhooked. I could tell no difference between 1 or 2 batteries. (Mine did have a gear reduction starter as you mentioned)
JD 4230 and Group 31 batts in parallel….is this the right move??
