| Still have not brought forth the prevent acres ....which will not be done until Jan final ??? All we've seen is the certified acres. Correct my thinking if I'm wrong but you still have to certify those acres prevent or not. I have a hard time believing they don't have a handle on this part of the equation. Hell of it is, we might need those acres yet? Carryout still net lower than last month ....Gov was still running with ears/acre to come up with their numbers. Too many discussions out there regarding much lower yields etc. Still say this thing falls back to at least 179 when all said & done. The models the gov uses don't reconcile for the problems that are out there presently. I maintain in the future that using trend line yields is fine but to push the envelope before Oct is a ridiculous way to project outcomes when so little is known. | |
