Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Lots of choices. I have a 40 gallon DemCo for my Polaris Ranger. I added some chain to mine to make it easy to install, remove and attach to the bed. I took lengths of fairly light chain to make two loops over the top of the tank. The ends of these chains are long enough to reach the tie down brackets in the corners of my Ranger box. This allows me to pick up the entire sprayer with a single fork on my small loader tractor.
Once the sprayer is inside the box, I use a turnbuckle with a coil spring to secure each corner to the tie down brackets in each corner. The turnbuckle and spring allow me to put some tension on each but yet allow it to flex somewhat if necessary.
Mine has an electric pump which I run off of a spare group 31 battery placed beside the sprayer. I wired in a relay to turn the pump ON/OFF from the drivers seat. The extra battery is wired to the main Ranger battery and gets charged by it.
I went with a 40 gallon model instead of a larger model as I was concerned about weight and balance. This has a hand wand also for spot spraying.
