WT and Custom have A52 seat that do not have storage in armrest on all cab models LT trim has AE7 seat (standard on crew and double cab) which does have storage in armest, can upgrade to AZ3 (standard on regular cab) which also has lockable underseat storage also.
FWIW a plain jain LT is not much more than a plain jain WT but has a lot of additional features standard.
