An update.

Got the spline coupler changed, rotor, feed accelerator and feeder house back in/on. Did the front feed flights and the front rotor bearing too. Pulled it out n engaged it, guess what… still a vibration, not as bad as before, except at 810-830ish rotor rpm, still vibrates enough to shake the gear shifter a fair amount, can easily feel it on the floor/seat.
Any ideas what to check? Or just run it another year and see if it straightens out some under load or try to avoid that rpm range?

Tomorrow we’re pulling the coolant rad and get that fixed, has a slow leak in one corner. While we got that out we’ll do the fan bearings as well.
