Timely article in todays local paper. Gist was the county zoning was reporting that just about anything they do to regulate solar farms is already in the State Laws. The State is liberal rule'd and zoning's guess was the leases will wind up being honored and solar built.
Im thinking of at least one guy who might have leased more than he intended to or didnt think there was a chance of the solar farm ever being built. He may have thought that he would just collect the lease money and keep farming...
