Those are M&W shanks and they look to be in decent shape. It really depends on soil type and conditions, but I think you are going to struggle to pull that at with 150hp and 2wd. The v-rippers do pull a bit easier than the in-line rippers. The trade-off is you might not get quite as good of a shatter between the shanks but it will be good enough for what you are looking to do. You should be able to buy that ripper fairly cheap so I'd say go for it.
