We bought a Maytag lasted almost 4 years, don't know if it was commercial, but it did have a 10 year drum warranty, biggest POS I ever hope to own, oh did I say it lasted 4years? Guess that is how you never payout on a 10 year drum warranty is to make sure the washer only lasts 4 years.
