We’ve got 20 Wilson’s at work so we’ve got pretty good at doing them but you really need a helper or two. Have the tarp over the latch plate and take the shurco motor lease. Then hand crank it until it’s almost all the way open. Release all but 2 tarp stops and then lift up in the center and slide your forklift under it. Then you release the last 2 stops and have a guy on a ladder in each end to walk it down and back with the forklift. We unroll them on the floor then and swap tubes from old tarp to new tarp then roll it back up and do it all in reverse.
