scmn | Local dealer has a 2025 Chevy 3500 for $54,998 and 2024 Ram 3500 for $52,943 both regular cab, 8ft bed, 4x4, gas trucks. Both are a far cry from $100,000 and have A LOT of life left in them and come with full warranty. As for the losing 50-70k in value, most of those trucks were closer to $50-70k new and can be replaced with $60-80k new trucks, not every option is needed.
