Crossroad of flood and drought		Bought a lot of 3 and 4K ground that’s netted 800-1000 plus/ac the last decade with good crops and marketing.

Yes paying for an 80 in 3-4 years is rare but in the last 15-20 years it’s happened way more than people realize.

It’s part of the reason land has doubled.
