High failure rate because they can’t cash flow the variable and fixed expense
Lots of businesses don’t cash flow for awhile
I used to be in rental properties. They cash flowed but holy hell you better have a dep game plan and upkeep budget. Slumlord isn’t just a Nickname. At least with land it keeps going. Rentals slowly die in value.
Next generation farmers? How is it possible?
