I'm a long way from you, but non GMO soybeans followed by winter wheat is the go to organic transition routine here.
I just took on a piece that was beans this year and I got wheat on it back in October. That gets the order wrong, so I'm not 100% sure what I'll do there in 2026. Probably non GMO soybeans.
