S.C. Wisconsin | After hearing the concerns of companies who would like to expand their business they are concerned about having available labor. Since 1980 the birth rate has dropped dramatically and with the baby boomers leaving the work force there is a shortage of labor. Some say they have to pay for to get more labor but in reality they would be just taking away labor from other companies. This all fuels inflation. China now also faces this dilemma after they built factories and now they no longer have the labor. It seems that Mexico is gaining manufacturing because of available labor. | |
