If admin and CMOS battery removal or main board jumper wont solve the puzzle, you need to seek out an older build of hirens boot CD and create a bootable USB stick. Then run bios cracker 5.0 as posted above and hope for the best.
Or skip all that and buy an $18 motherboard on eBay that isnt locked.
