I bet 9 out of 10 of the doctors I follow on line first cured their own problems by realizing what they were doing was wrong. Then started promoting the changes in their practices.

Education is one big key to the obesity epidemic. But it has to be to be the correct education. The current guidelines are not the correct education. Teaching the wrong thing is worse than no education at all.
