My rates are $2750-3750 year. They leave them all year. Most parks are limiting age to 10 years old for a seasonal coming in. We try to encourage people to keep current and they usually want to with the improvements in bathrooms, king beds, island kitchens, and opposite slide living rooms.
I have 160 sites on 49 acres. The KOA north of Hayward is 199 on about 20 acres. They are crowded.
Legit ?...would you liquidate a 401k for this?
