SWOH | As someone who is watching brothers go through an ugly C corp divorce that their dad started in the 70's...my advice is don't do anything you don't 100% understand and make sure if there's a generation behind you in the plans they understand how it works too. Grandpa understood it perfectly, a couple of his boys did not and do not. There's not a whole lot of wiggle room for greed. And DO NOT PUT LAND IN THE C CORP. For any reason at all. I'll stop yelling at you now.
