I have used the motion sickness patches that go behind your ear, and it seemed to work. One cruise I was on, it got so rough one night you had to grab the railings walking down the hall. That was a fluke deal, and I think it was something wrong with the ship. My other cruises went fine. The bigger ships are smoother.
