Gov programs come with gov strings. As has been said, you can't take the benefits of participation without giving them what they ask for. Don't want to answer "the clown", drop out of the program.

Dont medel in what should be a private business (crop insurance) or grossly manipulate a whole industry in the name of being good for the country, then use that to strong arm my business. The public is getting what they are paying me for, and that is a stable supply of food!!! That is where the agreement ends!!! Im all for the government getting completely out of MY business. But they also need to quit paying my competition.
