west central ohio | Had a USDA guy stop at the house today while I was away. He left his card in the door with a marker explaining that he was here to discuss the CEAP program.....I assume this is the census that they want you to do. SO If I refuse to give this clown information, I figure they will throw me out of their program/racket? How have some of you handled this? Im farming small acres, and thwy really dont have much leverage on me, but I didnt want to "red mark" anything for future expansion. | |
