Definitely seems AGCO is abandoning us dealer I talked to said they have franchise restrictions on certain brands I.e. Challenger where if it’s not a cross part to another Agco brand their not even allowed to order it? I guess I didn’t see that coming, they did a quick search of some Rogator 1100 parts and MT parts and I’m SOL now in Wisconsin because AGCO alienated and ditched the Challenger brand and dealers?

AGCO didn't abandon you, Ziegler did...

It will take more than 30 seconds for AGCO to sort things out. We've been 2 month since Ohio Ag made their announcement and we are very close to a resolution to get us the contracts we need.

Normally, it's an 18-24 month process to onboard a FENDT dealer...they are getting pushed to ramp up very fast in some cases. Give the distribution people a chance.

If your dealer ACTUALLY wants Challenger Parts and Service, then tell them to call their Field Aftersales Manager, and their Account Manager, and tell them...if there is no competing dealer in their territory, it can be a discussion. AGCO does not want customers left without solutions...but they also want dealers who are going to follow through on commitments, not just hang a sign.
