Are you wanting to do the ridging operation as in-crop operation? If so, a ridge-till cultivator with ridging wings would be the way to go. In my ridge-till operation I use a CIH 184 ridge-till cultivator with ridging wings.
If you are ridging post-crop, the ideas already suggested would work for you.
