When I turned in a rock ingestion claim on my combine I had the dealer submit the flat rate hours for the repairs and I quoted my labor the same as the dealers. Insurance adjuster of course said I can’t charge the same as the dealer because I don’t have overhead. I proceeded to tell him that’s BS but got within $15-20/hr of dealership shop rate for my time for doing the repairs myself. | |
