N Central IA | I like to keep my smoking and grilling separate. Have a green mountain pellet grill for smoking and just bought a new Weber gas grill which is built extremely well in my opinion. I’ve heard I’m getting a Blackstone for Father’s Day just to add another way to cook to the arsenal. And for when we are camping I like to use my Weber charcoal grill, hard to beat a steak off of that.
