Went to the garage and measured my little, weak one= 3" body by 1 3/8" outside diameter.
All the other "good" ones are at least 3 1/2" long body and at least 1 3/8" outside diameter. CAT shop only runs 125-135 psi.
Maybe, I just got a bad, little one for HF (cheap; on "sidewalk sale" items). I just assumed it was the lack of "size" that was the problem with its power.
