NE Iowa		A subjective call made in the first minute that gives the ball to the other team has THE SAME EFFECT ON THE OUTCOME.

The girl fouled Gabby plain and simple.

By the way, I am a staunch Iowa state fan and couldn’t care less abut the hawks most of the time. The ref made the right call.
