you must be watching something different than you show in your post. That video reinforces the ref's call. They got it rite.

I watched the whole thing three times, at the end of the third time, they had even added the Iowa/Uconn play to the video. 
The host even makes special note of it and plays it six times. On the fifth time he says "take special notice of this Mav, if
you cant understand this, you may have a learning disability".
