Just north of I-90 in SW MN | The grain leg is a NO-BRAINER. We have about the same size bins when we put it up in 2003. Since then we added a 220k bushel bin and a second overhead bin. Right now we have a 4500 bu and 5000 bu bin. Everything is tied back to the legs so we can move grain from one tank to another. This allows us to do the blending just like a elevator would do.
Yes it is a Sh*t-pot of money but doing it right once is much better than a little at a time. |
