A leg is certainly a ling term asset....they run fir a long time with little maintenance.
If you have a continuous flow dryer, you'll need to have a way to unliad your truck into the wet bin at the same time you are unliading corn out of the dryer. Here in Minnesota we dry most corn and it is common to have 2 legs...one dedicated to dumping trucks and the other for unloading the dryer.
