| Yes, just answer the questions like you have 10 plus experience trading futures and options.
And maybe you do. Biggest thing is stating you have enough cash for an account like that, and I assume you plan to fund it appropriately.
Other questions that would effect it would be the ones about your job/income, do you hold any securities or commodity licenses, are you associated with any brokers ( as in work for one).
Those are the big ones that will throw red flags to them.
If you have income/ cash to do it and aren't legally bound by a broker or licenses you should be fine. Oh and remember to make sure to state you are very experienced with furtures/stocks/options etc.
They are just covering their butts that they are following the laws and not being predatory. | |
