You gotta start somewhere, interest isn’t high we’ve just been spoiled. If he’s just starting and has the chance to do it for guaranteed pay may not be a bad idea, this market in the last 6 months coulda put the hurting on someone just starting if bought wrong. Last I looked LRP was silly money to lock a breakeven.
