Grundy County, IL | We have this 1995 Ford LN8000 with Cummins 8.3 and 9 speed. I agree it's no full sized rig, but it's paid for and gets the grain to the elevator just fine for us. It runs alongside a Freightliner FL70 woth a Cat 3126B and Allison 5spd
Both trailers are Maurer/Demco 24' hoppers, bought them both brand new. A 2012 and a 2022, can haul 700 corn and 600 beans, although that's over the limit out of harvest season. Legally can haul 650 dry corn and 550 dry beans
