North west MN | Bought a 22 7.3 gas cclb 1.5 year ago so far I really like it. Go with the long box to get 48 gallon tank and bed space. I pull a 15,000# gooseneck and it pulls it just fine much better than my 99 f350 7.3 diesel. When pulling the loaded gooseneck I only get 7 to 9 mpg but when not towing I get 13. Have 32,000 miles with no problems. It does ride a little rough empty. I was up in grand forks nd a few days ago and couldn't believe the diesel price was 4.59 and gas was 2.99. | |
