That is her art studio that we built a dozen years ago, now turned into a quilting room. :-) If you look in the pictures you will see some of her art hanging on the wall. She has always sewed a lot and had done a little bit of quilting in the past but not that much. She is enjoying it but the learning curve of her long arm quilting machine is a bit much sometimes. Actually just the automated software part. The sewing machine itself is pretty bullet proof. She is kind of a perfectionist.

My arthritis mostly went away when I changed my diet to very low carb eating. It was never very severe, but a noticeable improvement of what I had. Back and knee pain went away too and has not came back going on 5 years now.
